  • In your BBVA.pt customer area or on the app BBVA Mobile app, go to BBVA Secure Mail and sign the contract digitally by entering a confirmation code that will allow you to formalize them. All with the utmost security.
• More time for you: by joining BBVA Consigo, you can make better use of time to do the things you like the most.

If you are already a Gmail account user and want to hold a video call with your BBVA Consigo Advisor, follow these steps:

• Download the Hangout app on Google Play or the Apple Store.
• Log in with your Gmail account.
• To use Hangouts you have to enable Google+.
• Other data will be requested, but you are not required to use the webcam with your advisor.
• Enter the email address of your advisor, to add to your contacts.
• Invite your advisor to start the video call.

If you want to answer a video call from your advisor, just do as follows:

• When your advisor starts a video call, a message notification will appear on the screen of your tablet or smartphone.
• When you open Hangouts, you only have to "Answer" the call and the video will start.
