The Agency branches are open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with service available by appointment through the respective telephone numbers. At Agency branches, it is not possible to carry out cash or check transactions, and there are no ATMs.
Additional information: Please be advised that the BBVA branch on Av. da Liberdade will be temporarily closed from May 4 to May 15, 2026. During this period, you can contact your Account Manager through alternative channels, or visit a BBVA branch.
