The Agency branches are open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with service available by appointment through the respective telephone numbers. At Agency branches, it is not possible to carry out cash or check transactions, and there are no ATMs.
Additional information: We inform you that the BBVA Av. Da Liberdade branch will be temporarily closed from May 4th to May 15th, 2026. During this period, you can contact your Account Manager through alternative channels, or visit a BBVA branch.
