With the implementation of Decree-Law 227/2012, BBVA, SA - Portugal Branch ensures monitoring of the financial situation of its customers in order to identify situations that indicate the deterioration of their financial capacity.

The Support Network for Consumers in Debt (RACE) is made up of entities that aim to support, inform, and advise consumers who are at risk of defaulting on their credit agreements. 

Access to this support network is free.

The participating entities can be found on the Consumer Portal of the Directorate-General for Consumers or at https://clientebancario.bportugal.pt/entidades-da-race.
