    Interest Type

    Before closing on an interest rate for the loan, we discuss the details of your project so that we can present you with a personalized price proposal.

    Fees

    There are 2 types of fees you should know about:

    • Opening fee: pay only once. Up to 3% of the total amount.
    • Early cancellation fee: paid each time you make an extra loan amortization to repay the loan in less time. Up to 5% of the extra payment.

What conditions will you have to meet to access Additional Funding to PRR Funds

  • Access requirements

    You just need to:

    • Be a BBVA customer;
    • Have applied for a PPR grant. The grant does not already need to have been approved, the application just needs to have been submitted.
