Virtual IBANs
With virtual IBANs, you can easily identify incoming transfers and their purpose.
Virtual IBANs eliminate the possibility of unclear descriptions, automate bank reconciliation, and reduce your company's administrative costs.
How does it work?
- Talk to your advisor and ; request the creation of one or more virtual IBANs;
- Each IBAN must be associated with a personalized descriptor (with a maximum limit of 15 characters);
- You can have different virtual IBANs associated with the same real IBAN.
- After receiving the virtual IBAN(s) from your Adviser, give it(them) to the debtor(s).
- From then on, your transfers will be identified with the description you assigned to each virtual IBAN.
